NASHVILLE
Nashville is home to Students Living a Mission. During a SLAM week, we give your students intentional opportunities to obey God's command to love their neighbor. We facilitate your team to serve those most in need by engaging those that may otherwise be ignored (Luke 15). That means caring for the kids, elderly, and newcomers to this growing city.
Through this serving experience, students gain awareness of the needs that exist for impoverished people in the United States. Students invest their time and energy for the benefit of those who cannot do for themselves. In the process, they often realize how much they have to give! Participants will get a taste of what it means to live a mission, wherever they are. The mission is to follow Jesus, and model our lives after his. Our desire is that this week of serving will assist you in developing students into lifelong imitators of Jesus regardless of their age or context.
