Hope 2 Carry On

Last weekend (Feb. 27-Mar. 1) SLAM partnered with Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian and Blakemore United Methodist to facilitate the 10th annual ‘Hope to Carry On’ mission weekend in Knoxville, TN.
Students served in 5 different locations to meet the needs of Knoxville’s most underprivileged people. Throughout the weekend they were challenged that greatness is not found in pursuing lofty high dollar jobs, but rather pouring one’s life out as a servant for others. Thank you to all those who participated!
