Step 1: Choose a Trip
Our mission trips are ranked based on the difficulty of each trip. The level rating is based off the difficulty in language, culture, and physical endurance required for the trip.
Mission Trip Options:
- Nashville, TN – Level 1
- Host your own Home Town Mission – Level 1
- San Juan Tecuaco, Guatemala – Level 3
- San Salvador, El Salvador - Level 3
- Student Leader Conference – Level 3
- Da’ Mission (ages 17+) – Level 4
- The Philippines (ages 17+) – Level 4
- Uganda – Level 4
Step 2: Apply

APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS:
- Find the Appropriate Application
- Save (download) the document to your computer: Right Click on the document link and choose “Save Target As…” and save to your desktop – or – save in Acrobat by clicking the disk icon on the top left of Acrobat Reader.
- Fill Out all items with Acrobat Reader and fill out in pen all additional sections
- Once Completely Filled Out, print and send printed application with Application Fee to:

SLAM will do all the work of pre-trip planning so that your group can spend more time ministering to the people in the destination cities and less time worrying about the details. SLAM will provide the necessary materials and information to your youth minister so that you can…

- Spend time in prayer
While on mission, SLAM will continue its service to you by placing experienced staff members with your group to provide both leadership and insight to show your group how they are helping the community. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable ministry experience for you and your group!
